Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethical Corporate Management

In order to practice corporate social responsibility, the Company actively implements corporate governance, develops a sustainable environment, maintains social public welfare, and strengthens corporate social responsibility information disclosure. Special units have been set up with relevant responsibilities as follows:

The Company has established its own Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles, Compliance and Governance Best Practice Principles, Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles and Code of Ethical Conduct, and established an effective governance structure and relevant ethical standards to improve corporate governance. The Company also set up a stakeholder zone on its website to understand the reasonable expectations and needs of stakeholders through appropriate communication methods, and properly responds to important corporate social responsibility issues of concern. The Company complies with relevant environmental laws and regulations and international standards, appropriately protects the natural environment, and is committed to achieving the goal of environmental sustainability when implementing its operational activities and internal management. The Company provides a safe and healthy working environment for employees, including providing necessary health and first aid facilities, and holding regular health examinations.

VII.Other important information which can help understand the implementation of sustainable development: 

1.The Company is committed to improving corporate governance, pursuing the balance of interests, improving the safe and healthy working environment of employees, and establishing a reasonable reward and welfare system, so that employees can give full play to their talents, create value for the Company, and enhance shareholders' equity. The Company provides an accessible spokesperson mechanism for the investing public, and releases public information immediately to safeguard the rights and interests of investors.

2.The Company actively cooperates with the police, and supports the operation of the Police Friend Association on a long-term basis to jointly maintain a safe living environment in the community. The Company participated in 14 discussions on the affairs of the Police Friend Association in 2022.

3.The Company has participated in the industry-university cooperation of National Changhua University of Education for a long time to provide students with practical industrial experience. The Company participated in four industry-university cooperation seminars in 2022.

4.The Company attaches importance to communication with stakeholders, and has set up a stakeholder contact window. The Company answered shareholders' telephone inquiries about the Company's performance, product profile, financial information, and information related to the shareholders' meeting in 2021. A written report was filed to the board meeting on December 22, 2022.
